After Medical, what next?

My wife's RP application has been approved, she's done her medical test, and the results have come, and she has passed it. Now when I go to the MOI website, and type her visa number and my ID number in the 'RP application and tracking' section, I get a form in Arabic. My questions are

- Does this form have to be submitted over the internet, or can we fill in a print-out?
- Is this the form that has to be taken to the fingerprinting office?
- What other documents do I have to take for fingerprinting?
- When can I get her RP stamped on the passport, and her ID card issued?

(Have already searched the forum, but couldn't find answers to my specific queries)

@shanawazk- I managed to get the form with the phote placeholder, what happened was I filled in all the details which were in the online form on the MOI website, and after clicking 'print', a new page opened up with all the areas for photo, signature etc.

Thanks for the help.

After passing the medical, fill that form, sign and attach photo as told above and submit it to the finger print office. Usually fingerprint results will come within 1 hour. With that result you can contact the immigration deparment to stamp RP on your wife's passport. Thats all.

As I'm in Wakrah both Finger print and immigration are at one location, which made it very convenient. Within 1 hour both work was completed.

Good luck.

Thanks shanawazk. quick question - can we place the photo anywhere on the form? because there doesn't seem to a particular section on the form for the photo.

Hassan take a print out if that finger print form after filling in the necessary details attach a photo of ur wife on the finger print form take her signature on the top right box with a black pen

Go to the finger print office along with the finger print firm which u printed and take a few photos.u can go only with that form no other docs r required.

Just to let u know there is a separate section for ladies so u don't have to wait long for the finger print.

After the finger is done take the finger print form with u and after 3 days go to the immigration office to get the rp stamped that's it.

Finger print office is located in industrial area at street no 15.there may be other locations to but wait for others to tell u the location
