Internship or Job Shadowing?

I am arriving in Doha in August to teach. My husband is coming over in September, and is well educated but does not have any work experience (math / computer programming).
We're not feeling confident about him getting a job as most postings ask for a significant amount of experience. I have three questions...if any of them can be answered, it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
1) Do you think it will be quite easy for him to get an internship? I'm not sure if this is common in Doha.
2) He is hoping to train in computer engineering later as well, and is looking to find some job shadowing opportunities while he is there (to increase his chances of getting into a good university). Is this common practice in Doha?
3) He is currently teaching overseas with me and has his TESL as well as his undergraduate degree. Are there opportunities to do private tutoring in Doha?
Thank you! I'll tell him to check it out :)
Private tutoring without a license is illegal but common place in Qatar.
