They are not obliged to give NOC but when they are laying off staff in big numbers, they generally do give NOC. Just ask them and I am sure you will get one..

Yeah. If you have any offer in your pocket surely they must have to give you a NOC. It purely depends upon how you make up with them.

JUST TRY TO GET ANY OTHER JOB AND TAKE OFFER LETTER FROM THEM ON UR COMPANY NAME AND REQUEST THEM U R GEETING JOB HERE SO KINDLY GIVE U RELEASE LETTER HOPE THEY WILL GIVE U.ALLAH BLESS U FRIEND.
