QTEL - MOZAIC

after a long series of calls from QTEL, I agreed to install MOZAIC in my house,, which is in Old Airport Area.
They even agreed to test it for 7 days, and I can rturn.
It is installed on Wednesday, ever since the internet speed is SLOW, UTTERLY SLOW,
i complaiend on Thursday itself, to take back the Mozaic and give back my old ADSL line....
CAN THEY TAKE BACK......?
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE ?
Yes... Mozaic is very slow... I had ADSL before.. quiet fast. with Mozaic something u have to keep switching on and off

As you said they are giving you a 7 days trial. If you're not satisfied with mosaic within the 7 days period then you can return it back to them with no charge. Goodluck

Did you really have to reply? Do you think that you'd be able to exchange you points for cash somehow?
the-birdie, I was happy with my Adsl line before installing Mozaic, but now in spite of minimum usage of International calls I'm receiving lofty bills monthly...
Besides, earlier I had the facility of Alarm on my telephone and now I'm not entitle of daily alarm on my phone :)
