How to convince my boss for providing NOC

Try to be more active and strong with her as she have no reasons to keep u doing the same every month for nothing just show that you r angry and may contact the labor department.

most of sponsors need no issues with labor ministry so you can count on it as she can't pay u

DO what Meet12345 said.. thats a best solution.. else you have to file a case, that salary is not according to your qualification and experience.. and get the release by court.. our accountant did same thing with his previous company.(2nd option)

but try your best to get release from her in proper way.. convince her. count a million problems. or else demand a big salary. and in mean while try for another country..

may be you get good chance out side qatar..

Actually I told her the true story, also we din get for last 3 months too.

We had 2 meeting n still unable to convinced her, she is keep saying that the job will be coming from n from there... u will getting ur sal soon ... i can understand ur situation... we will surely increase ur package n all.

I know all these are fake promises just to keep me here n nothing will change i mean their condtions except the salaries can b on time for some months but the thing i don want to lose this offer coz its just double of what i m getting now n if she will increase she cannot double my sal for sure.

It purely depends upon your relationship.

Buy some sweets and try to meet her after office hours if possible. As you both chickas so i guess meeting outside is not so tough.

And show her you offer and discuss your future plan with her like you will get married, you have problems in your family, you need to be more financially secured to help them etc.

I did the same to leave my previous employer. My Boss was so impressed that he gave me NOC and he gave me his own money too. Of course I dont wanted money from his pocket but my story was so emotional.

She is telling that we will have job within a month or week time n the same she did 6 months back when I got a call from a company for interview. I asked her if she will provide me a release then only i will proceed.

since you are telling your present company is not having job, so convince him to release you and provide NOC
