I am fresh .NET software engineer from Pakistan willing to come to Qatar soon.Where and which government jobs i can apply for? I am born n Qatar and spent 16 years there and have Arabic speaking and writing skills also.

Go for ICT they do employ software experts in considerably larger number than other government companies.
