You can invite your mother in-law to visit you here in qatar. you will need to provide the following documents...
* Visa application form
* Passport Copies of you, your wife and your mother in -law
* NOC from Guarantors company stating they're allowing you to invite your mother in-law, your salary and position to your company.
* 6 months Bank Statement
* Your ID Card Copy
* Electricity Bill
* Employment COntract with stamp from labour Dept.
* Salary minimum of 8,000 QR

You Can Invite her on a Family Visit Visa. Attach your & your wife's passport copies along with the Qatar IDs of both of you. She can stay with you people for a period of Max 6 months.
