Regarding an offer?

I am from India and presently I am working in a company in Qatar, I got a better offer from another company in Bahrain. Is it necessary for me to cancel my visa here for stamping the visa in Bahrain, or can I just go with the offer and work there in Bahrain and visit sometimes in Qatar? Forgive me if my question is foolish.

FOR PERMANENT RP YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR VISA OR HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS FROM YOUR EXIT DATE.. YES DURING THIS U CAN VISIT BAHRAIN ON BUSSINESS VISA... AGAIN FOR RP YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOU PREVIOUS VISA FIRST..

Broadly speaking - you need to cancel your RP and Bahrain authorities would need a proof of the cacellation before they issue you a Bahrain RP.

You can also ask this question to your employer in Bahrain - and their answer can be more accurate than anyone else's.
