Sponsorship transfer below 1 year

im a filifino, last march 2018 i came here in qatar this is my 2nd company sadly they close now and my i. D is less than a year. i found job and already signed a job offer letter but they told me i cannot be transfered because my id is less than a year even i have noc. They suggesting to exit in oman and they will send the new visa. I dont know what to do, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I transferred to my current company in less than a year from my previous one. I'm also planning to transfer again as I got a job offer in another company. I got NOC letter each time. I think it depends on your nationality mainly. Check with immigration or ask your company PRO to guide you.

Since your previous company is kind enough to give you an NOC, ask them to issue a letter (or a form), but is called on loan basis. Your previous company will issue a document that they are loaning you to your new sponsor for a maximum of 6 months which will cover your 5 months period.

If its solely because of recession and your company has mentioned that in your experience certificate then i suppose this is a exception and you can change your sponsorship without any issues.

@daffodils,,,actually it's not me who voluntarily resigned but the company had its recession and i am one of the unfortunate demob employees and the company is willing to issue NOC for all

u can transfer ur sponsorship before completing a year only if u r going to join a govt organisation..

yes I may go home but its easier to find job if im here already rather than going home.

Very unlikely to change the sponsorship in less than one year. Since you are getting NOC, you may come back anytime.
