MR. SANCHAR, what if im holding a housemaid visa, but im working as secretary. Can i transfer to other company with a company visa? how will it be the processing? please help!!!

NOC - Company has no objection for you to join another company. But they will cancel your RP / Work Visa. You have to go home and the new company should send you a new visa. You can come back as soon as you get a new visa from the new company.
Release - With your NOC in hand, with a release you can join the new company without having to exit the country.
If a company has brought you from Australia on an engineer's visa, they will lose that visa from their quota if they give you a release and your sponsorship is transferred.
If they cancel your RP, they get that visa back in their quota of visas.
A release is pretty useless without an NOC. It just means you can go home.
