ok this is the scenario my company is cancelling my visa and i'll be going back to philippines for sure... hhmmm so i'm about to ask you guys what typically documents i must recieved from the company? like exit permit and anything else? Sorry im just new that's why i don't know...

request the NOC letter. that's all you need form them. You don't need an exit permit. once your RP is cancelled you will have to exit Qatar within 7 days.
