Moving to Qatar - 2011 Update budget help?
Option to work in Doho for two years - want to put together a current budget plan of living in Doha. All inputs would be appreciated.
Weekly / monthly, Budget information for the following categories for two adults and 12 year old child
Food
1. Weekly fresh / frozen vegetable

3. Meat Fish / Chicken

General House item
1. Cooking Gas
2. Electric monthly Bill
3. Water monthly bill
4. AC Cost monthly bill
5. Cloths washing / dry cleaning
Travel
1. Travel be Taxi for first three month
2. Reasonable cost to purchase a car
3. Cost for car insurance yearly
4. Car maintenance cost monthly / yearly
5. Road Tax or whatever local taxes for using a car.
Activities Club Membership.
1. Field Hockey club
2. Tennis Club
3. Karate / Judo Club
4. Aerobics Club
5. Cycling Club

TV / Cable /Internet
1. Cable TV with English channels
2. Cost of a TV 42”

4. Land line (do we need it)

Medical insurance - type for cover we should be looking at, although partly we will be covered by my employers

How is it possible to reply to all points????? Anyway you can take it as 10k monthly including child edn. Chk if you get education allow from employer.
