Maternity leave documents from Hamad

Dear All,

My wife is pregnant and due on June. she is working in a company and they says to provide a maternity leave for her, she have to bring documents from Hamad(as she is planning to deliver in Hamad) to be sure about her delivery.

Did anyone tried to get such documents from Hamad? do anyone knws if Hamad provides such documents? If so what are they? and when to ask in Hamad? before delivery or after delivery.
