I'm living with my wife and 2 kids here in qatar for almost 5 years, I want to send my two kids (age 10 and 11) in phillipines for one month vacation with my brother do I need any documents to make so my brother can bring them in phil. and back here in qatar? do I need to make exit permit for my kids? please help!!
