business visa to work permit

Hi Friends,
Now i am in india, I was there in qatar last 6 months through business visa and i came by exit last feb2011 and my business visa date also finished.

My question is now i am selected in one company IN QATAR and they are processing employment visa,Is there any problem for getting employment visa dueto my previsous business visa?Any NOC required for getting employment visa?

Thanks for your all replies , my first entry i went through employment visa but i did not complete medical and didnt get RP dueto some emegency issues, I left from Qatar before getting RP and i cancelled the employment visa and come back to India then my second entry though business visa.

Is there any problem getting again employment visa dueto my entry employment visa cancelled?still my PP is clean and RP not stamped , please advise

Don't worry my friend, the company who hired you knows wht they are doing, and since they accepted you and applied your working visa then everything will be alright. Like what Rejan said, your PP is clean and no RP was stamped.

NOC not required, as far as my knowledge goes. It is required only if u have been a resident on Qatar in the past two years. ie Resident Permit stamped on your passport. Having been here on Business Visa should not be a problem for u to get and employment visa

Should not be a problem as long as you never had an RP stamped on your PP in the past two years.
