Hi guys , my sponsor gave me an NOC letter but is now refusing to sign the sponsorship transfer papers ... is he allowed to do that and what are my options ... any help is appreciated...thanks
If that is the case even he can revoke the noc what he already gave to you. Best thing is to face him and try to convince him that you are not joining with competitors. If he agreed to cancel your rp and stands with noc you can very well come back. Definitely discussion will bring the result. Good luck

My brother came here on tourist visa,he has job offer from a Govt department,he got,Medical clearance, CID and NOC from Hotel,all papers were complete,his company submitted his papers in Labour ministry on 29th March,Now 28 days passed and no reply yet,
i cannot under stand what the problum is?why it is sooo late?
His visa is already expire and we have to pay the palenty Qr200/day

wierd people.. give NOC letter,but refuse to sign the form.. anyway.. since you do have a NOC, let your current sponsor cancel your RP, exit Qatar and let your new company issue a work visa for you. no need transfer of sponsorship form to be signed.

@prasad : he was told some false rumors about me that led him to beleive that i am going to compete against him in the market.

NOC IS NOT EQUAL TO TRANSFER....
NOC = NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FOR NEW VISA...
TRANSFER = SAME VISA TRANSFER TO ANOTHER SPONSOR..
