marry to a married filipina

I am unmarried Indian and i m in love with a Filipina since more than a year. She is separated with her husband for a long time but her marriage is not annulled. So technically she is still married.
My question is "Is there any posibility to marry her if she become Muslim or in any way?" If yes can anyone tell me the requirement/documents needed of the Sharia Court in getting married or if its not possible here in Qatar can i marry her in India? plz for god sake plz help me....... i know its difficult but not impossible. i want to do anything for getting her in my life...
She will not be able to get any certificate from phlipine and in her passport her status is married.

The marriage remains binding in any court of law.
Just go for the proper way...let her file an annulment case in the Philippines. Its a long process and you have to spend approximately QAR 22,000.00 minimum.
She cant marry anyone even she converted into muslim. She must be annulled first before she can marry again. Sad to say annulment process in the Philippines is quiet slow, it usually takes more than five years. Sigh!

If you can't maintain your arranged marriage wife that too from the same place, how you are going to manage a wife with different culture and life.

you're a muslim, right? if so, then you must have known that a muslim can marry a christian woman even without converting her. and you must have known that you must not compromise Islam by converting her just to get married. the most important thing to do is to let her secure a separation paper signed by her stranged husband and duly notarized by a lawyer in the philippines.

You are not only getting into problems, you are putting her too in multiple problems. Consult legal persons on
this matter and most important is talk to her husband.
Any thing you both do with out his knowledge tentamounts
to illegal and after all marriage is to enjoy your life,
not to make it miserable, do you still need her ? Do you
think it will last for ever, no until yours or her RP only.
