what i know for sure is: u cannot transfer from business visa to work visa. only from visit visa its possible. i had such experience. in ur case if u had a business visa u should leave Qatar and come back with new visa and stamp about arrival. if u didn't do this - i afraid - u didn't get any work visa and ur business visa can be expired..if u have ur embassy in Doha - go there as soon as possible. as i know penalty for each day of expired visa is 500QR. good luck.

Its better for you to visit your country's embassy in qatar, there you meet concerned person & tell your problem they can guide you the best possible way.

Actually i also don't know if that is already the working visa,, or just an entry for my working visa. I don't have a choice that time, because i am running out of time. I have to transfer my business visa, or else it will expired and i have to exit the country. that's why i agreed to them, that for the mean time, they will transfer my visa, but they will not give me a salary for 1 month, probationary for three months, no contract, no offer letter, and i am the one who will pay for all the expenses in transfering my visa.and we also agreed that they will give me NOC if i am really not fitted to the work. but during the two weeks working with them, i really not fitted to work environment, because it is a salon and spa, and worst they gave for me as a cleaner visa, but my boss really wants me, eventhouggh i am not good as technician, but i can helped in administration that's why she really wants me to stay, and learn eveything. but i realized this job is not realy for me, because i cannot demand anything. and now she tols me, that she will just cancel my visa and get my passport from the police

You have to check if your business visa was really transferred to a work permit. Technically, if you do not have a contract, medical, fingerprint and ID, you do not have a resident's permit. That's why you have to check because you might still be in business visa and if that is expired you will penalties.

I think you have come here with a Business VISA and then u have changed it in to a work VISA.

U have not gone to medical or finger Print. So U dont have any ID or residents Permit.

(She is talking about initial visa, not about residents permit)

IT is possible you have a work visa without a Contract. Contract is requeired ONLY from te point Fingur Print starts.

So, now your worry is due to some issues your boss dosnt want you to work to her.

What she will do is;

1. she will cancel and send you home.

2. She may send you to work for someone.

If you talk to her nicly without making her angry you may come to some deal like you continue working with her.

Or you can explain her your dificulties and you can ask her to change your sponsorship. for that you can ask some help through her contacts or you can ask some times from her for you to find some other sponsor.

Sponsors have the full rites to deside what to do. so please be carefull and try to deal with them politly and get the work done.

Hope this will help you.

All the best

from your statement alone i doubt if you really have working visa,before obtaining such you must undergo medical and finger printing.you should have a copy of your ID card or must be incriptred in your passport also.this will be a big problem to you.go to labour department for help.
