If you cannot go to health centre, you can do it online and have it delivered to your office/home by paying a small additional fee of QAR.10 or so.. Just keep the receipt printed off for your use until receiving the card (a week max.)
nothing except 100 riyal renewal fees....go to the reception or cashier counter in any healthcenter or any other facility of hamad n ask them that you need to renew your health card either they will do it there itslf or will direct you to some other window :)

You just go to the health centre, bring your health card, asked the reception where the both that u can renew your card, then all you will do is just pay for 100QR...then it will be finish in a minute. Your health card will renew. If you want to move from Umm Gwalina health centre to Muntazah health centre, you have to tell them that you need to move, then they'll do it for you.
