5 years in service

I am 5 years now working in this private company and i want to transfer to other job because this company is not paying overtime pay even we work 11 hours a day and also removing 25% of our housing allowance. Is there any chance that i can transfer to other company please help me with your advise.

If they don't want to give you a NOC, file a complain in Qatar Labour Office for not paying OT pay.
