Peoples visiting houses in demand for donations

Dear All,

Now a days, I am seeing one or two peoples come to houses and say that they r coming from some office or charity and they have a donation book and compel you to pay some money for some sort of reasons,

They show some papers which are in arabic and demand money, whether there is some organizations like this in qatar who collect money from each houses.

Whether they r real peoples from charity, Does Qatar Charity has these peoples, If it one time it is ok, but i am receiving weekly two peoples atleast with some kind of donations.

Anybody can advise me in this, Please..........

No one can compel anybody to pay charity. I think, you can report to authorities.
