I would like to quite my job soon and probably, as some employers are doing, my visa will be cancelled.

Is it possible to come Doha again on a visit visa before 2 years without NOC from my current employer?

u can come on a visit anytime after cancellation...you are only ban for working visa but the rest of the visa u can have...tourist, business,family visa...
