My new office is in Al-Baladiya Street, DOha. Additional landmarks nearby are Almirqab round-about or Doha sports stadium.

Please let me know

1.where is the best place to rent a one bedroom flat for 4000QAR near office.

2. If target rent is too less what is best rent i can get in that area?

3. I am also member of fitness first which is in Doha city center, i also want to stay close to it.

Please note either i want to be close to Gym or close to office. let me know best location and rent
