Scottish friend coming to Doha next month for a 2 weeks visit.

Hre;ll be coming from Thailand where he works, comes to Qatar and go back to UK (Scotland).

Question: Could he get a "tourist" visa upon arrival?

Yes, he can get easily and also make sure he has the credit card/debit card to transfer QR 200 as the cash is NOT ACCEPTABLE. He can also borrow the card from any companion and return him the cash.
