Regarding Visa Cancellation
Hi dear all,
This question is for my friend.
He had employed in qatar and went on vocation but did not come back since he did not cancelled his visa morethan two years before. Now he is having an offer in qatar( Barwa Financial District project).
My concern is there any problem on issuing new visa for him as he did not cancelled his visa when he left the qatar two and half years before?

i dont think there would be any problem with that since he is away for the country over the period that the supposed to be banned time - but to make it sure check at least the immigration law to make it sure as the laws are changing and jumping from time to time..or if they get him a visa you wouldnt know untill the application is lodge wether he has a cancelled status (wich i doubt due to over the period of time in his absence)
