I have a scrach (back door) on my car, so just wanted to check that do I have to get my car painted before I take it traffic police for technical ispection for isthimara renewal?

If its only a hairline scratch its ok, but scratch with
little bit of dents which resembles like an accident,
then it is not accepted, you may have to report to traffic, take paper from your insurance, get it repaired then go for inspection. Also all depends on the mood of the final inspector at exit gate. Best of luck.

if its small no problem. but a friend of mine faced problem while renewing registration! try ur luck and if they need goahead for the repairs!!
