HOW MANY MONTHS IS THE NOTICE PERIOD WHEN V LEAVE JOB?

i got a job offer in behrein, now i have to give resignation.

so i want to know the notice period according to qatar labour law.

some r saying it is 2 months and 3 months?
exactly let me know pls answer.

It depends on what is stated on your contract, spare some time to read it

1 month if your on probationary period or else 3 months.

How long is your period of employment and duration of contract determines ,resignation period.

Generaly 1 month for unlimited contract or limited contract.

Check Qatar Labour law!

It is one month,,,but some companies tell 3 months...u should check with your company abt the same.
