I am the one who is victim of the kidney stones bcz i am a stone former and its so difficult to live with stones the only solution is to drink a lot of water and avoid all those things in your food which are cause of stone forming like me we have to avoid all those food items which are high potency like beef coffee chocolate strawberry mango green leafy vegetables

i protect my kidneys by putting them in a tin and covering it,....some peoples make foul out of those kidneys...:P
