hai,iam working in a private company ,is it possible to start a comapany or become a partner with another sponser without changing my current job,thanks

Nothing prohibits you from taking partnership or shares of companies in Qatar - it's legally perfect. However ideally it's better if you can take an NOC from your sponsor for obvious reasons.
