Hi...my friend want to ask.. Is it possible to come here in qatar and find a job if you still have an existing loan in dubai? my friend did not manage to pay his loan because, the company canceled him...

Yes , It is possible , the only requirement is somebody has to stand as a guarantor for your friend in UAE, and there should not be any default in paying.

It is not possible to have a visa in Qatar if you are holding a unpaid bank loan in UAE. The bank in UAE might have given your details to the concenred authorities and they have passed your details to all GCC countries. Better to close the loan as soon as possible. Otherwise you can not enter in any GCC countries.
