American Grill in the Somerset Tower in West Bay (across from the W hotel) also serves a good breakfast. Ricks Country Kitchen is the top winner, however.

haha try the beach tower in West Bay they have a coffee shop which serves a nice british/american breakfast on week ends. I'm having it every friday morning and it is a very relaxing place
