We are in the process of transfering a housemaid's visa from her previous sponsor to us. The paperwork is in the hands of immigration, but her original sponsor's sponorship is expiring. (The guy is moving back home and his sponsorship is expiring on Sunday.)

Will this affect the transfer? Or since it is already in the hands of immigration will we be ok?

Is this making sense to anyone???
