Is There any Valuable Public Library here in Qatar?
I mean where someone can go and read his favorite books..and has his own private time.
I didn't visit the one in Umm Gualina but finding a parking will take 2 hours...so i scratched it away from the list.

My question...is there any in QF or any university?

There is a public library where you can borrow books near book R/A. But most of the books are in Arabic.

Georgetown University's Library in Education City is open to the public. They will also allow people to check out books. Internet is directly linked through NYC. Ask them about the program to check out books for the public and they'll give you a form to fill out.
