Re-Entry in Qatar

Thanks Zeeshan. I found that form from moi website. I am little bit confuse for filliing-up form because it is asking for id copy of visitor and sponsor both than Establishment, Exit Road,Destination,Resident Expiry and stamp . You have any idea what to fill.

There is one multiple option available, i used for my parents and for my grand father....twice....so make it from then main immigration dept..no approvel required just fill up the forms....and submitt to the gate no4....best of luck but she has to come back before expiry of visa,..

You can apply for a new visa for her only after 3 months if she exits (whenever). No formalities required. she can directly go to the airport if she has tickets.
