Its a good package...grab it.. BUT yes wot about accomodation? ...
BUT yes there are every typr of accomodations available...dont go for LUXURIOUS one..live a respectable life and enjoy :))

If I were you, and had to bargain, I wouldn't bother bargaing about car/petrol - cars are reasonably priced, and petrol is cheap. Focus on the more important things.
If you want practical answers from QL, you should provide more details of your qualifications, the job and the lifestyle you want.
Offhand, I could tell you that that figure is quite dismal. What about accommodation? Apartments are expensive here (from 5k-10k for a 2-bedroom, depending on location).
Do you have children? Schooling is expensive, too.
Do some more research...lots of threads on QL itself on this subject. Only you can judge what would be adequate, based on what your needs are.
