yeah i know no need for a new visa because i have my own visa.. the problem was my previous company's policy that the new company should provide a new visa... :) they will not give my NOC as long the new company cant provide visa's

If u have an RP already stamped. They can just change the sponsorship after enough approval from the labour dept. No need a visa approval for the new company

the company that offered u the job but can't have a visa is like living you in the air with nothing... go find other jobs that can provide u with female visa, don't lose hope kabayan. pass ur cv to companies and try networking with friends.. they could help you somehow.
