QTEL Internet Service

Anyone else getting appalling service from QTEL broadband?

Seems for the last week, packet loss been crazy.

Sent numerous emails to QTEL to ask them to investigate, and of course, got the usual high quality service I expect to recieve from them..... NONE

My service has been quite bad too.......I have not been able to skype with my family and friends since a month. It is very frustrating.
