My wife left Qatar on 20th August 2010 to delivery baby. Till today she has completed 165 calender days.

As per MOI, She can return Qatar before 6 months without a Return Visa.

When you say 6 months, please advice how it is calulated...

1) 180 Days (i.e 30 Days/Month)
2) In the above case, before when she can enter without Return Visa???

180days, however u can stay back for longer period, by paying additional fees of around 500QR or so, just check with the immigration office
