Employment (labour) contract change

With reference to the abovementioned question,how long will be take for process for change employment labour contract and what are requirements for this?

if revision for salary is to just submit & stamp on the same time.
but if for profession will be 5 to 7 working days if all correct papers submitted
Employment Contract Change:- What do you mean?
If its a new contract then only one day if its for a profession change it may take time for that you must get the certificate attested
If your Mandoop is doing on time it will not take more than one day. Prepare the contract and take it to Labour dept and pay a small fee they will stamp and return you.
