Need to know if the following rules by the bank and the company

I was given a two months termination notice by the company.

The company says that it will not pay me two months notice period salary. The company instead will send my two months pay salary along with all my dues to the bank as per the bank policy.

I had taken a loan from the bank and neither I am not leaving the country because I am in search of a job

Need to know the following is true..

I think it's probably in your loan agreement that in case of termination the bank gets first dibs on your salary and gratuity.
