Khalifa town PHC is only for qataris?

Me & My family have health cards from PHC Khalifa town, only walkable distance from home. But when reached to get an appointment for consultation, they said we have to go to gaharaffa PHC. Khalifa town PHC is only for qataris. Is it true?

No its not true ..

I always go to khalifa health center my entire life here & Im not a qatari ..

The people who work there sometimes are being mmm I forgot the word but they show off & think they are the best & they own the place thats why they return some people.

I advice you to try again ..
