u can practise, if a frnd of urs hav a vehicle for some hrs, orelse u need to register urself in a driving school for 10-15 days and give a test which will cost you as WK said above 2260 or less...

i think u just need to give a driving test, no need for a complete course.

If you already have driving license then no need to take driving course :(
