Action Viop not working

Dear QL friends....
My action viop is not working. When try to log on it says 'checking Internet connection'. But not geting sighn in. Whats the problem ??

I have already updated when the problem starts. Also I did uninstall the software and reinstall it. But the same problem comes. its saying 'checking internet connection'. but not getting sign in. All programs are working.
please check ur firewall may be ur firewall blocking our viop
If you have installed windows 7 in older system then there is a problem with voip.If so, change it to XP.
(or)
update the software
(or)
check the sound card
May be you will have to update the software ??
