thanks man for your kind help but i find on the net a wonderful fully furnished flat for about 7000 QR and if those flat is unfurnished i think they will reach the amount of 5500 qr maximum am i right ?

NO, in NICE area, NICE flat, NICE neighbourhood, you don't find such prices for 2 BR. ALL above NICE would coust you at least 12,000. Places for less than that are not nice.
There are hundreds of other places besides those.
