Hi:

i want to ask if someone was canceled , and he wants to come back to Qatar before 2 years finished out of qatar, if he wants to come back by VIP VIZA( business viza) , does he need NOC from old sponsor to get the viza or not? please advise.

yes its true. NOC is required for business visa. If ever you have NOC, try giving a copy only. Only for the work visa you submit the original NOC.

Hi Friend, as i knew that,, he need the NOC from the old sponsor....it's must..

For the Business visa and Tourist visa, NOC not required.
