Can get RP, after six month exit from another GCC

hi,
I exit from Bahrain five month back, my Bahrain visa is canceled and i could not get the cancellation stamp in my passport at the time of my exit, now I'm in Qatar with work visa, here my RP application is rejected because the lack of that cancellation status over my Bahrain visa. i want to know here in Qatar can get RP after the completion of my six month exit from Bahrain?
