white and yellow receipt from the Medical Commission Dept?

I just had my medical exam done this morning at the medical commission dept for my visit visa extension. They had it stamp "x-ray done" and "blood drawing done" on my white receipt. But I still have with me the white and yellow receipt. Aren't they supposed to get the yellow receipt? Please advise.

Its not an issue. as long as X-ray and blood drawings done.
