Re-Entry in Qatar on Family Visit Visa.

My Wife was on Family Visit and she left the country (Qatar) on 25th Oct 2010. I applied again for visa and status of application saying "not complet stipulated perod outside the country".
I want to know how much that period. ?
Is there any other way to get the visa ?

that means 200qar gone now ? or same application will alive ane they will approve on completion of period or i need to reapply it ?

Ban period is 3 months. By end of third month you can apply for the visa again.
