How to find same language with Asian staff
I am evropenian, but working and living with international team.Really sometimes i cannot find same
language with asian people.Looks like they very depressed.
Any suggestion? To be specific from my team at work i still have misunderstanding with staff from Bali.
Filipino staff much opened mind and more friendly.
I used work in Dubai and this is not my first time
to work in international team.But looks like people here in Qatar under depression.Maybe that is my first impression for 2 weeks spending here.But I already started think to leave Qatar.
Maybe you had this impression coz u r new in this environment, or coz u r missing ur old friends in Dubai but if u try to see the bright side of people here and to have more friends from work and from outside that will help you to acclimate with the situation.
I agree with you regarding the filipinos they are friendly in general and they like to live happyly and enjoy their life.

Oryx I tried asked because me very open and friendly,but some of them just play around.I dont like this way.I dont like people who have 2 faces.
If I were you i would ask for advice from the ones who are open and friendly. when i have a student who is not happy, after asking them I ask a couple of other students to see if they can enlighten me......
thanks for appreciating, us, filipinos..yeah we are more open mostly to all..we easily adapt and adjust to our environment..we're easy to work with at any time and any place..
