Help!, food 80 workers apprec. by HRClub

Our Human Right club wishes to host a party: The Worker’s Appreciation at on 9th December at 1:00 pm(so we can include both the workers shift).
The problem however is finding a suitable restaurant/caterer what could provide us with the food delivery at a reasonable cost of 20 to 40 QR per head(our budget) for 80 people. We can provide the tables, cutlery only.
Since most of them are Asians a mix of Muslims and Hindus, I thought best to find a good Indian/Pakistani restaurant serving Chicken & vegetable biryani, chicken & vegetable curry, softdrinks and bread. Desert/fruits would be great too but they might cost more.
I have been contacting some famous local restaurants in Qatar(such as star india, mahraja, sukh sagar, shezan, shalimar), and they range from 30 to 60 qr per head which I think is very high for just 3/4 dishes and no desserts.
However my only problem and fear is lack of good food and service for the money we have collected. Could you please suggest any good restaurants or alternatives of doing this while not spending too much so we can do some other things with our money. Also what else should I look for if I wish to organize food form some 80 workers.

Try Asiana, Airport road, we hired them for an occasion, full set up out door buffet for Qr.35-Qr.38.
with a variety of starters, main dishes, meat items, curries, soft drinks, & min. of 3 types of desserts,
i guess this is a good deal, try them...

go for prestige restaurant near Qatar Airways main office, airport road, or u can check with Al Osra restaurant at mannai roundabout, both the team is worthy and good food.
try Sarah restaurant, used to be very good food, half the price of similar restaurants. Hope they are good as they used be!
